Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the meditation and mindfulness services offered under the name Seeking Ends Here ("Seeking Ends Here", "we", "us" or "our"), on the website seekingendshere.com and through the other channels named here. By taking part in any of the classes, activities, groups, audio, video, messages or other related services (together, the "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.
Important: Nothing in the Services is or replaces professional medical or mental-health diagnosis, treatment or emergency care.
1. Description of the Services
1.1 Nature of the Services. Seeking Ends Here offers meditation and mindfulness instruction mainly through:
- Video and audio classes, with their scripts, on seekingendshere.com, according to your membership level,
- Occasional one-to-one or group meetings (by audio or video call), and
- Educational material about meditation and related subjects.
1.2 Personal and educational use. The Services are meant only for your personal, educational and individual-development use. They are not therapy, medical treatment or an emergency service.
1.3 No affiliation with platforms. Seeking Ends Here is independent and is not endorsed or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Mercado Pago, Lemon Squeezy, Meta, Apple or any other digital-platform company. If the website became unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you by email and continue the service.
2. Express acceptance of these Terms
2.1 Confirmation required. Before your first class, the website asks you to tick the box "I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions". We keep which version of the Terms you accepted and the date, as a record of your agreement.
2.2 No acceptance, no service. If you do not confirm your acceptance, we cannot provide the Services to you.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Age. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services on your own.
3.2 Capacity. By accepting these Terms, you declare that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Argentine law.
4. Account, contact and communications
4.1 Your account. You sign in to the website with your email and a code we send you each time. You are responsible for keeping your email up to date and for not sharing your access with other people.
4.2 Main channel. The Services are provided through the website, and we contact you by email. For one-to-one or group meetings we may agree on another channel, such as a video call.
4.3 Device confidentiality. You alone are responsible for the use of your device, your email and your account. If other people use your device, they could see or access your classes and messages.
4.4 Consent to communications. By using the Services, you agree to receive the emails your account needs: sign-in codes, payment and cancellation notices, and changes to these Terms. Anything else, such as a newsletter, is sent only if you tick it separately, and you can stop it whenever you want.
5. Payments, plans and refunds
5.1 Plans. We may offer, among others:
- Monthly memberships by level,
- Audio-based plans (with or without scholarships),
- Individual sessions, and
- Longer programmes or memberships.
The current price and what each level opens are shown on the "Membership" page, in pesos and in dollars.
5.2 Payment. The membership is paid monthly and in advance, by a subscription that renews itself until you cancel it:
- in pesos, through Mercado Pago;
- in dollars, through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller to you ("merchant of record"): it charges you, issues the receipt and applies its own terms to the payment.
We do not keep your card details: each payment provider handles them.
5.3 Right of withdrawal. You can withdraw from your purchase within ten (10) calendar days of making it, without giving a reason and at no cost, and we refund everything you paid, as long as you have not yet used the service, that is, not played any class of your membership. If you have played one, withdrawal does not apply (Disposición 954/2025, art. 3; Civil and Commercial Code, art. 1116.b). To do so, use the "Withdrawal button" at the foot of every page of the website, or write to us at seekingendshere@gmail.com. We answer within 24 hours with a code for your request. Apart from that exception, this right cannot be waived (Argentine Ley 24.240, art. 34; Civil and Commercial Code, arts. 1110 to 1115).
5.4 Refunds. Apart from the withdrawal of section 5.3, we do not give refunds, without prejudice to the rights the law guarantees you. The exceptions are these:
- If we end the service for reasons that are not your fault, we will refund the proportional unused part of the period.
- If a refund is given, you may lose immediate access to the Services of that plan.
5.5 Cancellation. You can cancel your membership whenever you want, at no cost and without notice, from "My membership" or with the "Cancel service button" at the foot of every page. We confirm the cancellation by email within 24 hours, with a code. You are not charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for (Ley 24.240, arts. 10 ter and 10 quáter).
5.6 Scholarships and discounts. Scholarships and price reductions are granted at our discretion, based on trust and your declared financial situation. We may change or end scholarship options at any time for future periods, without affecting plans already agreed and paid.
6. Personal data and privacy
6.1 Legal framework. Seeking Ends Here processes your personal data in compliance with Argentina's Ley 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and the rules of the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).
6.2 Controller. The database is the responsibility of the person who offers the Services as Seeking Ends Here, in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina, whose name appears in the data notice you see when you enrol. Email: seekingendshere@gmail.com.
6.3 Data we keep.
- Your email and the date you created your account;
- that you accepted these Terms and read the Mental-health resources: the version, the date and the language;
- your membership: the payment provider, its status, until when it runs, and the subscription's number with that provider;
- if you join the waiting list, your language and whether you want news;
- the messages you send us through the website's forms (name, email, text and page), which reach our inbox.
The website uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and, if you used one, the guest link's cookie.
6.4 No health data. We do not ask for or keep information about your health. The declarations you tick when you enrol are not stored one by one: we only store that you enrolled. Please do not write health details in the forms; if you want to talk about it, we arrange a conversation.
6.5 Purpose. Your data is used only to provide the Services, charge for them and communicate with you. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
6.6 Who receives it, and transfer outside Argentina. For the website to work, your data passes through these providers:
- Supabase (database and accounts; a US company, with servers in São Paulo, Brazil);
- Vercel (hosts the website; a US company that runs it in São Paulo and serves it from servers in several countries);
- Resend (sends the emails; a US company that sends them from São Paulo);
- Google (our email, Gmail, and YouTube, which plays the video classes and receives your IP address when you press play; United States);
- Mercado Pago (Argentina) or Lemon Squeezy (United States), when you pay.
For the Argentine authority, Brazil and the United States do not offer an adequate level of protection (Disposición DNPDP 60/2016). That is why we ask for your express consent to this transfer (Decreto 1558/2001, art. 12).
6.7 Retention. We keep your data while you have an account. If you ask us to delete it (section 6.9), your enrolment, your membership and your place on the waiting list are deleted with it. We delete the emails you wrote to us once we have answered them. Payment providers and receipts keep records for as long as the law requires.
6.8 Security. We take reasonable security measures to protect it.
6.9 Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, update or delete your personal data at any time, by writing to seekingendshere@gmail.com. Access is free every six months, and we answer within ten calendar days (Ley 25.326, art. 14). We correct or delete your data within five working days (art. 16). You can also withdraw your consent, which means closing your account and not being able to continue with the Services.
The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority for Ley 25.326, has the power to hear complaints and claims from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the personal-data protection rules in force.
6.10 Express consent. When you enrol you tick a separate, highlighted box by which you give free, express and informed consent to the processing of your personal data and its transfer to Brazil and the United States, as this section describes.
7. Not medical or mental-health care
7.1 No healthcare relationship. Seeking Ends Here does not provide:
- Medical diagnosis or treatment,
- Psychological or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment, or
- Mental-health emergency services.
No audio, video, message or material should be taken as professional medical or psychological advice.
7.2 Consult your professionals. You should always consult a licensed doctor, psychologist or psychiatrist before starting or changing your meditation practice. It may be fully contraindicated if:
- You have or have had a mental-health diagnosis,
- You take psychiatric medication,
- You are going through intense distress.
7.3 Risks of meditation. Meditation and related practices can, in some people, cause or temporarily intensify:
- Anxiety or agitation,
- Confusion or emotional intensity,
- Feelings of dissociation or changes in perception,
- Physical discomfort, or
- Specifically in non-dual or deep-inquiry practices: intense existential crisis, radical questioning of the sense of self, depersonalisation or derealisation (experiences sometimes called the "dark night of the soul") or other symptoms. These experiences, though known in contemplative traditions, can be disturbing and need proper guidance.
If at any moment you feel overwhelmed, more confused, worse than before or in danger, you must stop the practice at once and seek appropriate professional help.
7.4 Crises and emergencies. If you are in crisis, have thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or feel you could harm someone else, you must not rely on the Services. In these situations you should:
- Call your local emergency services,
- Contact a crisis line,
- Go to the nearest hospital or emergency department, or
- Contact a mental-health professional you trust.
The numbers and places are in the website's Mental-health resources. Seeking Ends Here cannot guarantee response times and is not an emergency service.
8. Your responsibilities and conduct
By using the Services, you agree to:
8.1 Use the Services responsibly.
- Follow the good-practice guidance you are given (for example: do not meditate at the peak of a crisis, do not practise while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention, start with short sessions).
- Pause or stop the practice if something feels wrong or overwhelming.
- Not combine the practices with alcohol, illegal drugs or perception-altering substances (including recreational cannabis). If you take prescribed psychiatric medication, consult your doctor before starting intensive practices.
8.2 True declarations. The declarations you tick when you enrol must be true. If one stops being true, for example if you go through a crisis, stop the practice and write to us.
8.3 No misuse. You agree not to:
- Record, forward, publish or share audio, video, texts or materials beyond your personal use,
- Harass, attack or disrespect other people or us.
9. Intellectual property
9.1 Ownership. All audio, video, scripts, texts, exercises, names and other materials provided as part of the Services (the "Content") belong to Seeking Ends Here (or its licensors, where applicable) and are protected by Argentina's Ley 11.723 on Intellectual Property and related rules.
9.2 Limited licence. While you comply with these Terms, you get a personal, limited, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Content only for your personal practice.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not:
- Share or publicly disclose the Content,
- Sell, rent or commercially exploit the Content,
- Modify it to teach it to other people, or
- Use it to give paid classes or coaching without our prior written permission.
10. Warranties and scope of the Services
10.1 Scope. The Services and the Content are provided in good faith and with the reasonable diligence of a meditation and mindfulness instructor. Even so, we do not guarantee:
- The improvement of a specific symptom or condition,
- The absence of technical interruptions for reasons beyond our control, or
- Specific results in your practice.
10.2 Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that Ley 24.240 on Consumer Protection and other public-policy rules give you as a consumer.
10.3 Your responsibility. You are responsible for:
- Deciding whether the Services suit your particular situation,
- How you apply the instructions you receive, and
- Watching your physical and mental state while you practise.
11. Liability
We are liable for the damage we cause, under Argentine law. Nothing in these Terms limits that liability or the rights that Ley 24.240 and other public-policy rules give you as a consumer.
12. Force majeure
We will not be liable for delays, interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures of third-party platforms (the website's hosting, YouTube, the internet, payment services), illness, natural disasters or similar circumstances. In these cases we will make reasonable efforts to resume the service or agree on a solution with you.
13. Ending and changing the Services
13.1 Your right to leave. You can leave the Services at any time by cancelling your membership, as section 5.5 describes. The withdrawal of section 5.3 applies.
13.2 Our right to end. We may suspend or end your access to the Services, with prior notice where possible, if we reasonably consider that:
- Continuing is not safe or suitable for you, or
- You have seriously breached these Terms.
If we end the service for reasons that are not your fault, we will refund the proportional unused part of the paid period.
13.3 Changes to the Services. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the Services (for example, change prices, formats or availability). Where reasonable, we will try to tell you in advance about important changes that affect plans already paid.
14. Governing law and disputes
14.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, including Ley 24.240, Ley 25.326 and the Civil and Commercial Code. If you live outside Argentina, this does not take away the mandatory protections the laws of your country give you.
14.2 Informal resolution. In any dispute, we propose first trying to reach a friendly solution within thirty (30) days of the problem being reported. This does not stop you from going to the consumer-protection authorities at any time.
14.3 Jurisdiction. If no friendly solution is reached, the courts of the place where you receive the Services, that is, those of your home, have jurisdiction (Civil and Commercial Code, art. 1109), without prejudice to your right as a consumer to go to the competent consumer-protection authorities.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:
- We will change the "Last updated" date,
- We will tell you by email at least 15 days in advance of material changes, and
- Before your next class, the website will ask you to accept the new version.
If you do not agree with the new Terms, you can cancel your membership without penalty and with a proportional refund where applicable.
16. General provisions
16.1 Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Seeking Ends Here about the Services, and replace any earlier agreement or understanding on the same subject.
16.2 Severability. If a competent authority declares any clause of these Terms void, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay fully in force.
16.3 No waiver. Our not exercising a right under these Terms at a given moment does not waive that right for the future.
17. Contact
If you have questions, want to exercise your rights over your personal data, or need to contact us about these Terms or the Services:
